I have been doing some mid-year evaluation (Can you believe it is already 1/2 way through the year? When did that happen!?)
I have been evaluating both personal and book-related goals. Some things (like the Meet the Author Mondays) have been going great! Others (isn't that just how life goes) have not been going as great. And some things, I am wondering why I even bother.
I have found that one of the keys to living a more balanced life is to have these regular evaluations. Like driving a car, one must take a moment to reflect on where one is going and make sure the navigation is still on track.
Well, I am running into some detours. So it is time to make some changes.
Which is really hard for me, because I have discovered, particularly in my not-so-young age, that making changes gets harder every year.
One of the changes that keeps getting suggested to me, but that I am really struggling with, is to focus my energies on just one of my series. I wanted to get your feedback on that.
I am running behind on the release for the second book in The Hunters series, and that makes me sad. Looks like we will be focusing on a fall release, rather than the July release I had hoped for.
As I am wrapping up this project, I am debating. Should I continue to focus on The Hunters? Or would you like to see the third book in The Clear Angel Chronicles?
